Returns Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return products and refunds will be issued by the same method of payment as purchased. Refunds on custom orders or digital products are not permitted.

Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping is available to all United States addresses using USPS First-Class and Priority Mail service. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation after purchase. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address at the time of purchase. The IGWS is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. We cannot make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available to addresses within Monroe County, Indiana. Pickup is available at room 1011 of the IU Geology Building during store hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
